The grocery shopping is much different here:
- Much smaller and have a smaller range of products.
- Closed on Sundays.
- Not as many frozen products.
- Most products seem to be cheaper. For example, I have been buying lots of yogurt at 1.49Euro/kilogram tub.
- There are no plastics bags at checkout. You must either bring your own bag, or find a box in the store. All the products come in boxes to the stores, and when all the products are taken, the box is leftover and it is convenient to use the box to hold your groceries.
- I have to go to the store every 2 days or so, since I do not buy as much at once.
