The Wall
The past few days have been pretty hectic. We have been exploring the city with other RISE students after language class each day. We have seen numerous things, among them the East Side Gallery - a large section of the Berlin Wall that is still standing, and Potsdamer Plats, which has numerous shops and also a large church. This weekend my plans are to see a concentration camp memorial and maybe a few of the local museums. We are about to go to a "rise of the SS" memorial/information thing.
